シャトー・ド・ラ・トゥール

15世紀末からワイン造りに携わる名門一族。クロ　ド　ヴージョで最大の5.5haを所有（全体の10％）。　100%全房発酵。　よく熟した黒い果実、ドライフラワー、トリュフ、リコリスや野生のミントなどのエレガントなブーケとフレーバーが印象的なワイン。　熟成を経ると若いうちとは全く異なる個性を見せ、変化を楽しめるワイン。


2018年5月に訪問して参りました。残念ながら、アポイントのミスでテイスティングなどは出来ませんでした。しかしながら、美しく歴史を感じさせる建物と整備された畑には感動を覚えました！

It is nicely defined, but you get the feeling that it is holding something back. With a little aeration it reveals attractive blackcurrant pastille and Morello cherry scents, then later, a hint of dried orange peel. The palate is medium-bodied with supple tannin. There is good density and weight here, appreciable mineralite although the finish is reticent for the time being. Give this a 3-4 years in bottle and you will have a very fine Clos Vougeot.
